Our team is able to assist with residential and commercial real estate transactions. We also deal with tenancy issues including drafting lease agreements, RTDRS hearings, and other issues with landlord and tenants.

Disbursements are payments made to third parties such as Land Titles fees, courier fees, real estate software fees, that are paid by the law firm and then reimbursed by the client. For a purchase/ refinance typical disbursements range from $800.00 to $1000.00. For a sale typical disbursements range from $150.00 to $250.00. These are only approximate estimates as disbursements can differ substantially from file to file.

You will require a real estate lawyer prior to your transaction closing. It is the real estate lawyer’s responsibility to ensure the documents are completed, the funds are requested, the mortgage is paid out, and the closing occurs on time.
