Jenela K. Francisco was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Prior to law school in 2016, she worked as a Legal Assistant and realized she was desirous to continue her educational journey to the Oxford Brookes University in Oxford, England, where she completed her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019.

Jenela was called to the Alberta Bar in 2022. She focuses on the following areas of law: family law, real estate law, corporate/commercial law, personal injury law, and wills and estate law. Jenela works closely with her clients to meet their needs in a timely and effective manner, while providing purposeful advice to achieve their objectives. She has extensive experience in family law appearing in both the Court of King’s Bench and the Alberta Court of Justice.

Jenela is also a member of the Law Society of Alberta, Canadian Bar Association, and the Edmonton Bar Association. She also runs monthly seminars on Wills and Estate Law at community halls or at the Public Library in and around Beaumont.

Outside of the office, Jenela enjoys spending time with family and friends, and reading.

Jenela is fluent in Tagalog and understands the Ilocano dialect of the Philippines.
